Im sure it is a great ice cream shop but I wouldn't know because I came here hauling kids on a Sunday at 12:30 to find out they dont open till later. The website said it was open. Hopefully you guys can fix the times, that was disappointing. UPDATED RESPONSE (After owner response): Thank you for your response, however, the Woodway location was the one we visited at 12:30 on that sunday. We walked in and it was not open. The hours of operation say it is open at 11 so I am not sure what happened if it was supposed to be open at 11. To expand and make sure I am talking about the same location, I am talking about the one that shares a building with Slow Rise and Common Grounds

Giving the 2 star rating simply because you can’t tell from the google search that this creamery is inside a unit that is shared with 4 other businesses/eateries. That being said the parking lot was full and we had a hard time finding a spot to begin with. Which means it is a hot spot for sure - but not sure if the creamery is the hot spot. Even if we wanted to there was zero seating inside as it appeared many individuals were ignoring the “do not sit and work on your computer” signs posted. There were also only a few flavors available that were non traditional so members of my family who are picky eaters were not about it. This is a cute hipster spot that would be a nice after work meet up with coworkers for a quick drink from one of the other vendors or maybe a quick scoop of ice cream on the way home.

I love Heritage but have only been to the campus location. I ordered a waffle cone and got less ice cream than my kid who got a tiny cup of ice cream. Plus, the cone was so thin that it was breaking apart in my hand. I will be continuing to go to the other location.

Service was wonderful ... the young lady behind the counter was fast, polite and friendly! The establishment was clean and there were some unique flavors available; we tried three and enjoyed them all! The cone in a cup was made fresh while we watched in about 30 seconds and quite tasty. The cost seemed a bit high ($14 for two scoops in a cup and two scoops with a cone in a cup) but the ice cream itself was delicious, homemade and above average in every way!

Hands down best ice cream! You can taste the fresh ingredients in every bite, from the ice cream down to the most delicious waffle cone I think I’ve ever had. My husband and I got the mint stracciatella and lemon blueberry swirl and they are heavenly. Definitely do not overlook their cookies that taste like Jesus made them himself, because holy smokes they are good.
